Do you restock items?
I can restock most of our items! I will always let you know if I'm selling out of an item that cannot be restocked (like seasonal items)
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer returns at this time. If the product is damaged or defective please contact us within ten (10) days of receiving the products so we can replace or refund the products for you.
What is your exchange policy?
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to kelly@absorbskincare.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 40281, Austin, Texas 78704. IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Return shipping is $5, and will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be applied as soon as your item is accepted in our studio. Please allow about 7 days from the time it leaves your house.
CARE AND MATERIALS
How should I store my products?
Store your products, covered in a dry, cool location. KEEP OUT of direct heat or sunlight. Melted or softened products sealed in their original container should be allowed to reach room temperature for several hours prior to use to restore to its solid state. The consistency and texture may be altered after this happens, but the product will still retain all its moisturizing benefits.
Where are your products made?
We make everything in house, here in Austin, TX. The tea is made in San Francisco, CA
How long will my products stay fresh?
absorb skincare products are made with natural ingredients. We recommend that our products be used within 12 months after purchase for best results. Keep water out of your jars and always use clean, dry fingers and hands to apply the product to keep it fresh and ready for use. Proper storage includes keeping them out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Any difference in texture, color or general appearance of one of our products is often associated with it being a natural product. We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with any questions, comments or concerns regarding our products.
Do you test on animals?
No. absorb skincare does not test any products or raw ingredients on animals.
Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?
We recommend that if you are pregnant, you should always check with your healthcare professional before changing your skincare routine and starting the use of any new products.
What about recycling?
Yes, our product packaging can be recycled with your other paper, plastic and glass containers in most community and city recycling programs.
