Warm It Up
Hold the solid lotion bar between your hands for a few moments. Your body heat will slightly melt the bar, releasing the active ingredients and making it easier to apply. This step is crucial as it softens the bar, allowing for smoother application.

Apply Directly
Glide the bar gently over your skin, focusing on dry areas such as elbows, knees, hands, and feet. The bar will leave a thin layer of lotion on your skin. For more targeted application, you can also rub the bar between your hands to transfer more product and then apply using your fingers.

Massage In
Use your hands to massage the lotion into your skin. This not only helps absorption but also improves circulation to the area. The warmth of your hands will further help melt the lotion and enable it to penetrate deeper into the skin.

Reapply as Needed
Solid lotion bars are highly concentrated and rich, so a little often goes a long way. Reapply as necessary, especially after washing your hands or bathing.
